Mortgage Bonds are trading higher after closing above both the 25- and 100-Day Moving Averages yesterday.
In the news today, Existing Home Sales for February were reported in line with expectations. However, the inventory number swelled to the highest inventory level since last August.
This afternoon, the Treasury Department will announce the results of its $44 Billion 2-Year T-Note auction. Recent auctions have shown good buying interest, which has helped Mortgage Bonds. Therefore, I recommend floating for now.
