Mortgage Bonds are starting the week slightly higher. While there are no economic reports scheduled for release, there was some big news over the weekend.

Last night, the House of Representative passed the Healthcare Reform bill. Although the markets are not sure how to react just yet, the news could be a big factor over the next days and weeks depending on how everything shakes out.

Currently, the Bond is trading above the 50-day Moving Average, but below the 100-day. Therefore, I recommend floating for now. I will let you know if a change of course is needed.
